Nuria Rodriguez

(Valencia – 1965)

Nuria Rodríguez, artist and tenured professor at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. As an artist, her work focuses on the search for representations, creating a paradise full of images and poetic resources that do not leave the viewer indifferent and in which the public becomes a fundamental part of the work. She defines herself as: "A stubborn explorer and collector, that of a dedicated designer and painter, that of a tireless reader and hunter of experiences, in a sustained continuous learning"

Nuria Rodríguez has an award-winning and long career in which the 2018 Senyera Award stands out, in addition to having had numerous individual exhibitions in countries such as: Spain, Argentina, France, Brazil, the United States, Mexico and Taiwan. She also stands out for her extensive participation in national fairs such as: Drawing Room and Estampa among many others. As well as her recent institutional projects such as the Centro de la Nau and the IVAM in Valencia.
